Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and the contents of your message. If you choose to, you can also give us your phone number and check the SMS consent box.

When you visit the site, your browser sends the technical details any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

If you book a call, the booking page is run by Google. We receive the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.

How we use your data

We use your information to respond to your inquiries and to provide the services you request. We use technical details to keep the site and the contact form secure and free of spam, and to understand how visitors use the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use these providers to run the site. They receive data to provide their service to us, under their own terms and privacy policies:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it and the contact form from bots and spam, and gives us visitor statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
  • Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
  • Google hosts our email, where contact form submissions arrive, serves the site's fonts, and runs our booking page.
  • A text messaging provider sends text messages to people who opt in.

Cookies and analytics

Cloudflare sets a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from bots. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and it does not use cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your light or dark theme setting is saved in your own browser and is not sent to us.

Text messages and mobile data

If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, FlowMatrix AI Inc. may send you text messages about your inquiry, such as replies and follow-ups, at the mobile number you provide. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the provider that delivers our messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry as part of our business records for as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.
