Connectors
Vendor leads, delivered into your CRM.
Every vendor program sends leads to its own portal, in its own format. A Connector brings them into your CRM instead of asking you to switch systems, and we operate it so it keeps working.
- New lead in the vendor portal Centah
- Fields mapped, duplicates removed before your CRM
- Delivered to your CRM with retries
- Connection health checked reported to you
Leads sit where nobody is looking.
Each program has its own portal, its own notification email and its own idea of what a lead looks like. Getting a lead into your CRM depends on someone knowing where to look, checking, and retyping what they find.
It breaks quietly. When a vendor changes a form or keeps sending to an old address, leads stop arriving and nothing tells you. In a storm, the retyping falls furthest behind exactly when leads are hottest.
How a Connector goes live
Access
We get access to each vendor platform with you, using your dealer account.
Build
We build against the vendor's test environment where one exists, map its fields to your CRM, and agree the acceptance test with you.
Go live
The Connector is live when a real lead passes the acceptance test into your CRM.
Operate
We monitor every connection, track credential changes and vendor updates, and report on connection health.
Connectors pricing
Start with Discovery: $500, credited toward the build.

Connector questions
- What counts as a connection?
- One separately authenticated lead source delivering into your CRM. Costco US is one connection and Sam's Club is another. The base plan includes three.
- Which vendor portals can you connect?
- We start with Centah, which carries Costco and Sam's Club installer leads. We have applied for access to Generac PowerPlay. Home Depot and Lowe's are not available yet.
- Which CRMs do you deliver into?
- Zoho CRM is supported. If you run ServiceTitan or something else, ask on the call and we will tell you plainly where it stands.
- Do you replace my software?
- No. The Connector feeds your CRM. Nothing moves to a new system.
- Why is there a monthly fee?
- Vendor portals change, credentials expire and deliveries fail. The monthly plan pays for us to watch for those and fix them, and to report on the health of every connection.
Tell us where your leads come from.
On the call we go through your vendor programs and your CRM, and tell you which of them can be connected.
